This is a Malay Lunch Set:

  • Beef Rendang
  • Nasi Lemak and Sambal Ikan Bilis
  • Pineapple and cucumber salad

THURSDAYS (8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th February 2024)

This is a street food with a popular Malay/Indonesian rice meal:

  • Spiced Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Berempah)

SUNDAYS (4th, 11th, 18th and 25th February 2024)

This is a Nyonya Lunch Set:

  • Chicken curry kapitan
  • Four Angle Beans salad (kerabu kacang botol)
  • Otak-otak (similar to chawan moshi but using coconut cream instead of dashi)

  • Nasi Lemuni (picture above); a special rice dish with an herb typical to the Malay people in the northern region of Malaysia

  • Prawn fritters
  • Sambal and peanut sauce

SUNDAYS (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th April 2024): this is a Malay Wedding Lunch set

  • Tomato Rice (do not compare it with Spanish Rice!); this a traditional dish with Nazlina's special recipe
  • Ayam Masak Merah
