Flyer

This is the menu for Aug-Sept-October 2026 for Nazlina's Cooking Classes. We will make popular Malay food, staples for the Malaysian cuisine.

Nazlina has three other chefs that help run the classes. Between the four of us, we take you to the market, cook with you and have lively conversations!

Nazlina's Team includes:

  • Chef Nellie
  • Chef Syafiq
  • and of course Nazlina herself.

Book special slots for Mothers' Day and Fathers' Day, as memorable get together for birthdays, anniversaries, company team-building events and other occasions.

However you can custom make your experience personal and private if you book ahead, subject to availability, of course!

The menu for the express class is fixed.

  1. Monday: Roti canai, vegetable dalcha and sambal ikan bilis
  2. Wednesday: Bihun goreng (stir-fry rice vermicelli), pohpia with "samosa" filling and tofu sambal
  3. Friday: Roti jala, chicken curry Malay style and teh tarik

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AT THE LAST MINUTE ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASONS:

Rates for a teambuilding exercise starts at RM150/person for 1.5 hour session (minimum 20 pax)

The rates are nett, and payment made is strictly non-refundable.

HOW TO BOOK?

FULL pre-payment is strictly required at least THREE  days prior to the tours and classes.

The more efficient and economical ways to pay are using WISE, Revolut or DuitNow.

Credit cards, PayPal or direct bank transfers (except Malaysian accounts) will not be accepted due to heavy loss in the transactions.

If you insist on paying using direct bank transfers from overseas, payment has to be made at least 7 days before the session. So, we could see how much more has to be topped up due to Forex and hefty bank charges.

I will issue an invoice as a payment request to my company account.

Thanks for your understanding and co-operation.
