This is the menu for July-Aug-Sept 2024 for Nazlina's Cooking Classes.

These are the beginning of popular summer months, so please book early to get your spots.

Book special slots for Mothers' Day and Fathers' Day, as memorable get together for birthdays, anniversaries, company team-building events and other special occasions.

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free items could be requested in advance.

  • Nasi Lemak with Sambal Ikan Bilis  & learn how to wrap the meal in banana leaves

This is a Malay Wedding Lunch set

  • Tomato Rice (do not compare it with Spanish Rice!); this a traditional dish with Nazlina's special recipe
  • Ayam Masak Merah
  • Jelatah (a cold Malay salad)

  • Roti canai (Southern Indian roti; most famous breakfast item for Malaysians)
  • Vegetable dalcha (a vegetarian curry)
  • Cucumber raita

This is a famous "coffee shop" or food court meal that is popular both in Malaysia and Singapore.

THURSDAYS (4th, 11th, 18th and 25th July 2024)

  • Chicken Curry Kapitan
  • Egg sambal with mint
  • Nasi minyak Subaidah

SUNDAYS (7th, 14th, 21st and 28th July 2024)

  • Otak-Otak
  • Asam pedas ikan (fresh fish in piquant sauce and redolant with local herbs)
  • Kerabu kacang botol (a traditional Malay salad); please note that we may change to another vegetable if the said vegetables were not available.
